Once we complete that, we need to research information in our files and county databases to understand the parcel and how it relates to your neighbors.
We can then go to the site and estimate the amount of work the job requires. We then begin our field work to compare the physical location of corners to the recorded descriptions.
Using several instruments and tools, we measure and document all the details; locating the property boundaries, where structures lie within those boundaries, where pools, fences, outdoor showers, driveways, easements, etc. exist.
